				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In March 2014, stakeholders from a range of sectors in Lambeth were invited to attend a workshop for their input into a “Sustainability Impact Assessment” tool for understanding the impacts of different types of short food chains. <a href="/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/SIA-Lambeth-Analysis.pdf" target="_new">Here</a> is a more detailed summary of the Sustainability Impact Assessment, including a breakdown of each sustainability dimension.</p>
<p>At the workshop, Dr Matjaz Glavan, a project partner from the University of Ljubljana, and Jane Berger from Enfield Council gave presentations as part of Knowledge Brokerage activities. (Presentation is available <a href="/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Horticulture-and-dairy-in-Ljubljana.pdf" target="_new">here</a>).  Local food was provided by Brixton Cornercopia and at the workshop and participants were invited to sample local Brixton Beer. </p>
